1) Start Day
It’s go time! On your official start date, we’ll meet for our kick-off call on Tuesday at 12pm EST to chat all about your amazing ideas and what you hope to build. After our chat, I start working my magic and dive into bringing your totally custom brand to life!
WEDNESDAY: Intentional break day
Sit with what we’ve created thus far,
reflect on how your visuals are manifesting,
send over any new inspiration or realizations that come up,
take time to gather feedback for our last day together!
2) Delivery Day!
Your new brand is delivered for review! Provide your feedback to get things exactly where you want them. We’ll have a wrap-up meeting to celebrate launch and I’ll answer any questions you may have about implementation. You can schedule this call for Thursday, Friday or Monday.

You bet it is! The fast-paced structure of this unique offering was designed specifically to get you up & running – fast.
We start Tuesday and wrap-up Thursday, with an intentional break day scheduled in-between for breakthroughs, inspiration and space to sit with your newly birthed brand aesthetic. -
For sure! It's important that you LOVE your new brand!! That's why I'll be sharing progress & requesting feedback throughout the process.
You will have a chance to submit feedback on the inspirational imagery & color palette on day 1 (setting the vibe of your new brand), and then again on day 2 when your logo and typography are submitted for review. Any final edits are due 2 hours before our wrap-up call on Thursday to ensure same-day. delivery. -
I love connecting with my clients! That's why I include face-to-face video calls through Zoom for every Bite-Sized Branding project. It's a simple app you will need to download before our call. You'll be sent a confirmation email as well as a reminder email before our chat with the link to our meeting.
If Zoom is not up your alley for whatever reason, I am also willing to do phone conversations if needed, but I don't recommend this as it allows for less connection off the bat, which may affect the way I interpret your brand. -
I'm more than happy to discuss additional support options in detail on our wrap-up/celebration call Thursday at 3pm EST.
I love helping clients maintain a fabulous brand! That's why I offer monthly Magical Maintenace packages – where you can reserve one-on-one time for me to work on your brand. For as little as 5 hours/month! -
After our project wrap-up call, you'll be sent all final files of your new brand design. This includes web and print file types as well as vector artwork. (.png, .jpg, .ai, .eps). Your final files will be delivered via Dropbox and guaranteed accessible for 2 months.

Since you're reserving one-on-one design time, refunds are not available once the time elapsed. To ensure you're in love with the final deliverables, if additional hours are needed to tweak your new brand, they will be offered at a discounted hourly rate.

All ‘Bite-sized Branding’ projects start with a 30 min kick-off call on Tuesday (typically at at 12pm EST, but timing of call can be flexible) making wrap-up/celebration Thursday (typically at 2pm EST, but timing is also flexible).
This streamlined schedule is what keeps things on track, and is key to being able to deliver final work in such a short time frame.
